House Rules & General Terms and Conditions – Tantra Ché

By scheduling an appointment at Tantra Ché, you automatically agree to these house rules and terms and conditions.

1. Hygiene

  •  Personal hygiene is mandatory. Please take a shower prior to your appointment. Showering facilities are available at the studio. However, please note that this time is deducted from your total scheduled time.

2. Confirmation of the appointment

  • Your appointment will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email. A reminder will be sent one day before your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session cannot be extended, and lost time cannot be made up. If you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call us immediately. We will look into the possibility of extending your session, though this cannot be guaranteed. Note that traffic jams are not considered unforeseen circumstances. Planning your travel time accordingly is your own responsibility.

4. Payment

  • You can pay in cash upon arrival or in advance via a Tikkie (a Dutch mobile payment link). Please note that we do not accept debit or credit card payments.

5. Cancellation

  • Please note our cancellation policy: cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made exclusively by phone so we can reschedule. Same-day cancellations will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. If you do not show up and fail to notify us, the full treatment price (100%) will be charged.

6. No-show

  • If you do not show up and fail to notify us, you will no longer be able to book future appointments at Tantra Ché.

7. Minimum age

  • Individuals under the age of 21 are not admitted at Tantra Ché.

8. Medical information

  • Do not schedule or attend an appointment if you have or were recently diagnosed with a contagious disease or an STI. If you proceed with the appointment regardless, the session will be cancelled immediately, and the full treatment price will be charged as the time slot cannot be filled by another client at such short notice.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries or trauma prior to your session so we can adapt the massage accordingly. Tantra Ché cannot accept liability for any complications or consequences arising after the treatment.

9. Geen sexual services

  • No sexual services are offered at the practice.

10. Alcohol and drugs

  •  It is strictly prohibited to enter the practice under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. If you arrive under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, your session will be terminated immediately, and the full treatment price will be charged.

11. Inappropriate behaviour

  •  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates these house rules or displays inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

12. Early termination at the customer’s request

  • If you choose to end your session early, please note that the full treatment price remains payable and no refunds will be given.

13. Damages

  • If a client causes damage to any equipment, materials or rooms, the costs of repair, replacement or professional cleaning will be charged to the client after verification by the police.

14. Customer’s responsibility

  • The client fully agrees to be responsible for clear communication and the proper use of the available rooms and property.

15. Disclaimer

  • Tantra Ché cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries or damage to personal belongings.

16. Payment delay

  • If payment for a completed session is not made, a late payment fee of 10% plus interest of 1% per month will be charged in accordance with these terms and conditions.
